1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zaboony's platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and contributors.

2Account Registration

To access Zaboony, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk commercial email.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Use the platform for storing or processing sensitive personal health or financial data without proper authorization.

4Subscription & Billing

Zaboony offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.

5Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zaboony Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zaboony Inc.

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to Zaboony. By using the Service, you grant Zaboony a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

6Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service will immediately cease.
• You may export your data for up to 30 days following account termination.
• After 30 days, your data will be deleted from our servers.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaboony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
